Earlier this month we opened pre-orders for our new Winter 2023 Collection and the response has been truly overwhelming.
I am thrilled that the new collection has hit the mark with both online customers and our wholesale partners. The feedback you have shared with me over the journey has allowed me to get a greater understanding of the products you want and the quality that you expect from Baxter & Co Home, and it’s made my job of selecting products for you a lot easier.
Last month we moved from Point Cook into a larger warehouse in Werribee, Victoria, and it seems that we are slowly outgrowing it, which is a problem I never thought I’d have 8 months into my small business journey. But it’s a great problem to have.
With the cost of living increasing dramatically, we are constantly thinking of ways that we can keep our products affordable whilst not compromising on the quality that you have all come to love. One of the ways that we are cutting our costs is by reusing packaging and using recycled materials when packing your orders. So, don’t judge a book by its cover – if you receive an ugly parcel, I guarantee that what’s on the inside will be beautiful 😊
